Money-back warranty
- if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase it needs to be brought to the attention of TRi-enterprises within 7 days from date of postage by using the suggestion page. The product need to be returned and received within 7 days after date of reporting the disatisfaction via the suggestion page. The return package must be received in 100% origanal condition, to be able to resell and to be liable for a 100% refund. Should the product not be in the same condition as despatched, up to 50% may be deducted for damages occured.
Extended warranty
- report problem to supplier via suggestion
page on which supplier will provide detailed procedures of return
- no-questions asked 3 months warranty swop-out on faulty workmanship
- swop-out on condition that product is without other damages, scratches
or breakages than that of faulty workmanship
- product to be returned with original packaging and invoice of original
purchase
- product to be returned within 3 months from date of purchase
- replacemant product will be returned at owners cost
- the suppliers decision will be final and communicated accordingly
